I'm new here and I was wondering if anybody could help me.

I purchesed an unlocked Nokia 7360 on e-bay aprox. 3 and a half months ago(I'm currently using Cingular). The signal worked wonderfully for about a month then it randomly lost all its signal. Here's the weird part: it would only work if i went 20 miles away from my house. after two months of my phone not working i finally called cingular. They couldnt help...but the next day i reset the factory settings on the phone, and the signal was fine... ( after i called cingular the logo on my phone changed to AT&T...i dunno if that means anything). About a week ago my signal randomly started working again, perfect signal. Just yesterday it stopped working...I'm completly confused. If anybody could make heads or tales of this I would be most grateful!
