Blocking Numbers on a Cingular/AT&T Cell Phone

i have a cingular/at&t motorola slvr l7 cell phone i want to know if there is any way to block a number from calling your cell phone and if there is, can you give me a step by step guide on how to do it?

Number blocking can only be done on the service providers end. I dont know of any carrier that offers this feature as of yet but you can call AT&T and ask.

This is a huge feature that's missing from cellular phones, I wish they would implement this.

Since you can’t block a specific caller as far as I know is their any way to forward calls from a particular number? I would like to forward them back to the sender.

depends on the phone...some smartphones (ala Symbian) have 3rd party apps that will do this...otherwise call the cops and file a restraining order!

i have a nokia 6682. does software exist for this phone that will let you do that? if so can you provide a link?
