Problems with Windows Media in 3G Network Area

I have a Cingular 8525 with the latest ROM upgrade. I was in Knoxville TN which is a 3G network area. I could not connect with Windows Media or RealPlayer when I was on 3G. I received the following error: ”An unknown error 0X80072751 has occurred.” On Windows Media and “Not connecting” on RealPlayer. On local WiFi, both programs worked fine. Both programs work fine on EDGE networks. I was in Baton Rouge LA, a 3G network, prior to latest ROM upgrade and both programs worked fine. Any ideas on correcting the problem?
