Voicemail not picking up for past month?!

It seems since ATT took over I'm getting all kinds of SLOW voicemail prompting and intermittent pickups (phone just keeps ringing) on voicemail. I had voicemail problems so bad with T-Mobile that I had to cancel. Now, it's ATT/Cingular. Please respond if you are also getting this problem. I can't imagine it's just my phone? TIA.
