how to forward private call to voicemail or silent tone

I have been receiving these private number lately. But when I look at my phone bill, the phone call is not even recorded. I called cingular and was told that private call can't be logged in. It is not even show my number instead of the private call number. Is there any way to forward these calls to voicemail or silent tone? I have the blackjack phone. thanks
