Hi, I'm new here.
I have a friend who I cannot call, and we can't understand why.
The friend says they don't get the calls. And when I leave a voice message they never get the messages either.
Even their family cannot get through.
How is this possible? Why can I hear their phone ring, and I can leave a message, but they don't get it? Can this be a service provider issue?
I'm a total phone newbie, so your help in understanding this would be greatly appreciated.
The friend has ATT Cingular. I don't.
