lost phone and sim card, how do i get a new one?
I recently lost my cingular cell phone and the sim card in it. Is there a way I can buy a cheap new phone (not from at&t directly) and set the new sim card to my old plan which is still in effect? I do not have insurance on my phone.

Just call the old phone in as lost/stolen and have them activate the new on in its place.
