you want to export your IE favorites?

go up to file at the top of IE and choose import/export.

why would you want to store your favorites online?

manage them online? You lost me.

besides I quit using IE years ago. iIf it wasnt needed for windows updates, I wouldn't use it at all.

It is easier to store and access files online. You have large amounts of storage space. Simply add your important files to online backup. Personally I use Online Backup ZenOK to protect my files . With copies of the file in real time.
