my system getting restart frequently without my knowledge or manual restart....what would be the issue....help needed

Are you getting the "blue screen of death" or any error messages (e.g., "physical memory dump")? If the PC keeps rebooting itself, you might have a corrupted hardware driver, or possibly a software conflict due to a recent download. As an example, I started having a similar problem a few years ago, and found out that a free firewall program I had started using was causing a conflict, causing my PC to do what yours is doing. Once I figured that out, I uninstalled the firewall, and the problem ended.
