    Run Crapcleaner, Spybot, Registry Mechanic.
Start backing up your personal data, and be prepared to reformatt.

Are you getting the "blue screen of death" or any error messages (e.g., "physical memory dump")? If the PC keeps rebooting itself, you might have a corrupted hardware driver, or possibly a software conflict due to a recent download. As an example, I started having a similar problem a few years ago, and found out that a free firewall program I had started using was causing a conflict, causing my PC to do what yours is doing. Once I figured that out, I uninstalled the firewall, and the problem ended.
