Why do you guide in wrong ways.. Hacking is a crime and even nothing comes from it in more. If its in a local network having a ip for internet then you can opt for it. Hacking Wlan is not suggestible..

No need for Hacking...
Boingo has free internet shpecials thruout the year.
Many Apartments, Airports, Hotels, Coffee shops, and Fast Foods have free internet.

I agree with camstuff.. many public establishments like fast food chains, libraries, school buildings have free Wi-fi connection for internet.. btw, is it the pda/smartphones you want to connect to the internet or the laptop/ desktop? Maybe if u elaborate, we can give you more specific suggestions..
