Re: basic computer problems
Audio problems- check if the driver of the audio card has an updated version or uninstall reinstall audio driver
-check and isolate if its the speaker causing the issue as well, try a headphone on thee same jack and check if its the same issue
PC restarting every 2 minutes? Error? Possible virus issue. Run antivirus or antispyware program

Re: basic computer problems
What is your PC manufacturer?
Try this.. Reboot your pc, then press the BIOS setup key (it maybe delete, F8 or F2) depends on your manufacturer. Then once your in the BIOS, run diagnostics.
However, some manufacturers have their separate diagnostic tools when you reboot your pc, same using specific keys where in you don't need to go to BIOS Setup page.
Check your OEM manual, there must be an indication how.

Re: basic computer problems
is your computer an acer? i had an acer laptop, it liked to get virus's which ****ed up the audio in a really weird way, and also made it restart after being on for about 1 minute. i had to use acer eRecovery and go back to factory settings every time, for it to only happen again after a month or 2 . my sister had the same problem with her acer....
