The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 has been a bit messy in North America, with the Canadian release being delayed by a week regardless of the carrier and the US launch also proving to be problematic due to low stock.
Fortunately things appear to move in the right direction, and although those who pre-ordered the device via AT&T have most likely received it by now, those of you planning on purchasing the device from AT&T's retail stores were not so lucky. However, according to the carrier things will go back to normal by the end of this week, as new shipments will arrive and the stock should be full on July 6.
That's great news, so if you wish to grab your very own Galaxy S3 from AT&T, Friday is the day. Pricing remains the same as before so the 16 GB version of the handset will set you back $199 with a two-year contract. As reported before, the 32 GB variant is not available at AT&T, but on the other hand if you wish to buy a more unique SGS3 the carrier announced that a red version will hit the shelves by the end of the summer. It's your choice whether or not you should wait until then or buy the handset on Friday in blue or white, either way, good luck and have fun with your new gadget.
