Palm has announced that they are giving away 25 free Palm Pixi's to celebrate the launch of this webOS phone. The Palm Pixi has still not been announced but you can enter the contest at Palm's website. You must live in the US since the Palm Pixi is a Sprint CDMA handset.

According to Verizon Wireless and their tweets on twitter, Verizon has announced that they plan on launching Palm Pre early next year, but doesn't specify how early next year or an exact month or date. Maybe we will hear more later on from Verizon and their tweets.
