The HTC EVO 4G LTE is one of the best smartphones to hit the market this year. The carrier basically took the HTC One X, ironed out its very few flaws (like the lack of microSD) and made an improved version of it.

However, the device was not compatible with Google Wallet for some uncertain reasons, a problem I know disappointed many Evo 4G LTE users. However, not long ago a new firmware has been announced, boasting that the Google Wallet issue will be fixed, and sure enough, the update has finally been rolled-out.

Furthermore the update in question is not only fixing the Wallet issue, but addresses some other problems as well including the time zones issue where the phone kept prompting the user to select a correct zone, plus some other few bugs related to Wi-Fi, video playback, random power cycling, Gallery app crashes, Calendar reminder, and Pioneer Bluetooth Car Kit connection issues.

Needless to say, the HTC EVO 4G LTE became an even better device as before, and we're really excited about it. Make sure you check out your handset for update on a regular matter, and grab the files as soon as possible. Good luck!
