Looks like Nokia has been at work creating phones, but this time, it looks as if Nokia has introduced a cheaper handset, one that just about anyone can afford.

The handset above is the Nokia 103 and is said to appeal to first time buyers. Price of the Nokia 103 is only €16 ($21). Nigeria is the first market area where the Nokia 103 will launch with other markets following shortly after.

Features of the Nokia 103 include: a 1.36 black and white display with 96 x 68 pixels, Series 30 interface, dual-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz), stereo FM radio, 3.5mm headset jack, dustproof key mat, integrated flashlight, preloaded games, and an 800 mAh battery (capable of providing a talk-time of up to 11 hours, or a stand-by time of up to 27 days).
