The above handset is called The Chaser (manufacturer unknown) and is now available, online, with Virgin Mobile. The Virgin Mobile Chaser runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and comes as an entry level smartphone that is priced at $79.99, without contract, since Virgin Mobile is a contract-free carrier.

Features of the Virgin Mobile Chaser include the following: 3.2-inch touchscreen, an 800 MHz processor, microSD card support, a 1,450 mAh battery, and a 3 MP rear camera.

Although The Chaser is available online now (but currently out of stock), the smartphone will not be out in stores until September or October.
