As many of you should know by now, not too long ago Three UK has inaugurated its latest DC-HSDPA network and has also announced that LTE will eventually be available sometime in 2013. The latest news regarding the matter however, concerns a new Samsung Galaxy S3 variant that will soon be offered by Three UK. The "Ultrafast" SGS3 is said to take advantage of the carrier's "Ultrafast" DC-HSDPA network, which in layman's terms, is two times faster than the 3G network.

Anyhow, other than the fact that this particular Galaxy S3 variant is capable of faster data speeds, there's not much difference between it and the ongoing SGS3. However, although it hasn't been confirmed in Three UK's press release, chances are that this particular "Ultrafast" Galaxy S3 could actually be the ongoing international Galaxy S3 LTE (GT-i9305) which comes with both LTE and DC-HSDPA capabilities, and differs from its non-LTE international model by the fact that it arrives with a Quad-Core Exynos chip and 2 GB of RAM instead of just 1 GB.

All that aside, the Ultrafast Galaxy S3 from Three UK will set you back £449.99 on Pay As You Go, and you can also buy the gadget alongside a 2-year agreement with the carrier in question. If you're tempted to opt in for the latter method then you should learn that contracts will run you between £34 and £36 per month, excluding the sum of £29 that you'll have to pay up-front.

As far as the release of the device goes, the Ultrafast Samsung Galaxy S3 is expected to hit Three UK's shelves in a matter of days, on February 12th to be more precise, so ready your wallets if you've waited for an opportunity to buy yourself a Galaxy S3 with faster data capabilities. Any takers?
