At the Google I/O event where the Nexus 7 has been revealed, the company was able to reveal everything there was to know about their first tablet, except the exact release date. That being said, in case you have pre-ordered the Google Nexus 7 and are still wondering when you will be able to actually get your hands on it, Google has just revealed the necessary information on the Google Play support page.

In case you have pre-ordered the Nexus 7 in the US before July 13 then the standalone 8 GB units have been shipped. Those who have pre-ordered the 16 GB version of the device before July 11 will receive the standalone Nexus 7 by the end of day on July 19. If however you have pre-ordered the tablet alongside a case, a charger or the Nexus Q, your order should ship by the end of this week.

Customers who have pre-ordered the tablet in Canada should have already received the 8 GB Nexus 7, whereas those who ordered the 16 GB model will get the shipment within 1 or 2 weeks.

In the UK the 8 GB version of the tablet will ship by July 20, and those who pre-ordered the 16 GB version by June 30 should receive the package by July 20. Otherwise, the remaining 16 GB Nexus 7 units will be shipped next week.

In case you have pre-ordered in Australia, both the 8 GB and 16 GB Nexus 7 orders will be fulfilled by the end of day on July 19 (AEST), with shipments arriving in 3 to 5 days.

That pretty much sums it all up. However, if you have pre-purchased the Nexus 7 before July 13 and if the above shipping dates apply to you, remember that you can call Google support at 1-855-83-NEXUS in case you will not receive the package on time.
