On-screen keyboards are fun once you get used to them, and with the possibility of changing the language and layout with just a few taps of a button, plus with the help of features such as Swype, they can be quite practical as well. However, it's understandable why some people would rather prefer a physical keyboard rather than a virtual one, and it all comes down to feedback.
That being said, in case you are a T-Mobile customer, one of the best handsets offering a physical QWERTY keyboard was and still is the Galaxy S Blaze 4G. The good news is, it appears that it might get a successor in the near future.
Long story short, a Samsung device boasting physical keyboard and the model number SGH-T699 was first seen roughly two months ago, and now it looks like the device surfaced once more, alongside a release date as well.
According to some leaked documents upon which TmoNews stumbled, the mysterious SGH-T699 handset will bear the name of "Samsung Galaxy S Blaze Q". What we've learned so far is that the gadget will boast a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, an HD display, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box and of course, a nice QWERTY keyboard concealed underneath.
The document suggests that the device in question will hit T-Mobile stores on August 15, and that being said, with roughly one month away from this purported launch date we're bound to find out more about the device soon enough.
