Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i headed to China...will launch with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich

The above handset is that of the Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i, Sony's first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone at time of launch.

The Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i is the successor to the Sony Xperia Neo and the Xperia Neo V and comes with these following features: a 4 inch FWVGA (854 x 480) display, HSDPA, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and 720p video recording, VGA front-facing camera, 512MB of RAM, single-core 1 GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 CPU, 1GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support (up to 32GB), and a 1,500 mAh battery.

The Sony Xperia Neo L MT25i is a smartphone that is headed for China, but the actual launch date for China is still yet unknown, as well as the price. We will keep you posted as to when this Andoroid 4.0 ICS smartphone will launch and if the US and other markets have a chance at this device.
