The above photos of the
Kyocera Echo will soon be available on Sprint beginning April 17 for a price of $199.99 on contract and after mail-in-rebates. This is the only handset shown at CTIA 2011 that uses a dual touchscreen.
Sprint and Kyocera has come together to bring a unique stylish phone to the market. Kyocera is hoping that this phone will do better than the
ZIO. The Kyocera Echo comes with Android 2.2 Froyo and 4G WiMax.
And since the Kyocera Echo has two touchscreens, the phone is not thin by no means. It is on the bulky side, but that is to be expected when you have a phone designed the way this one is. To get a better understanding of the touchscreens, both screens can be combined into one large screen, which will make browsing the web better or each screen can stand alone and allow you to view two programs running simultaneously, which works both in landscape and portrait modes.
