    Is anyone else having problems with the Sidekick II these past two days?
    I can't access AIM and I can't go to downloads for ringtones and other stuff.

    I was on hold for 20 minutes last night and decided to give up on tmobile customer service.

    Is it just me?

    karma, how is ur phone now? is it working better now? I take it this thread was writtin a while ago considering its at the bottom of the list.. For the record, ive been having an easy time with my sidekick.. no lock ups, aim problems, web problems, nothing like that.. i hope everythings ok with ur sidekick!!!! let me know if everythings ok now
