My wife just got her new Sidekick III in the mail today. Now what I thought would be an easy step turn out to be pretty difficult. For some reason I can not transfer any files through blue tooth to the phone. I can send from the phone but not to it. The blue tooth is activated and paired. I continued to get the error message " connection failed" . I don't understand why, looking for help anybody.
