trackball on sidekick broken!

Hello
My trackball will scroll and everything but it will not select when I click on it it will not select what I'm clicking....so I have to use the enter button the the keyboard witch is a major pain in the butt!! So if anybody has any ides keep me updated! .Thanks

Most of the trackball issues on Sidekicks are caused by gunk in the trackball path.

If you are having problems with your trackball, here are two ways to make it work better.

1: Take a deep breath and blow on the trackball area, rotate and do it again. This may blow any particles block the sensors.

2: This requires a Q-tip and some alcohol. Turn off your sidekick, wet the end of the q-tip, and gently clean the trackball while rotating. Be careful not to get the alcohol on anything but the trackball. Let dry for a minute and try it out. If this doesn’t work then try again.
