Sidekick service help!

Alright heres my problem and hopefully someone out there can help!

Let me start out by saying this has happened before just not this long. I have a Sidekick I.D. and every once in a while it like erases everything (emails, addresses, text messages, my faves) and says it's december 31 at 7pm and it only stays like this for an hour at most. Usually when it does this I'm still able to send text and recieve them and the same with phone calls cause I'd have the G. But it eventually would all come back and everything would reappear including emails, texts that were on the sim, and numbers.

However today it's been like it for over 12 hours. In the corner where the G is normally, I have an outline of a phone and every once in a while it becomes colored in. But I still cant get anything or send it. I've tried everything, I've switched the wireless off then on, I've taken the battery and sim out and tried the network scan thing, and the most obvious I've tried turning it on and off. It basically says it can't find a network.

My brother also has a Sidekick but he has the Lx, and his is working fine.

Anyone have any idea whats up?

This usualy happens to me but i have an LX, But only when i take the battery or sim out. HMMM maybe go to Network options and click rescan and select manualy then select t-mobile. If that doesnt work try well lx has it but its called airplane mode shut that off than turn it on. Do you take your battery and or sim out alot?

THIS HAPPENS TO ME TOO!! But I don't take my SIM and battery out at all. I called T-Mobile today and I don't think they had a clue what they were doing. I've done all the airplane mode, and scan networks it just doesn't stay.

I've come to realize that it says under network status it says "Not signed it"

I just want this stupid thing to work
