How to solve this problem with Sidekick-Slide??

Good day!

My name is Georgiy, from Moscow, Russia. ((
I've bought used Sidekick-Slide (Moto Q700) on eBay. This device have a problem - it's not power on by pressing the button. But when I plug the charger, device is charging good and show me the status on the display.
Now I want to know how to update firmware (Danger OS 4.0, yes?) on this Sidekick. And then I want to unlock it. )) But it is next trouble.

Please, help me!!
