Need new phone for Cingular "Blue"

I have a longstanding ATTWS account that became Cingular. I have a GSM
phone but now my wife wants a flip phone. Is there a list of phones that I
can fund, that will tell me which ones will work with my "Blue" account and
sim? I assume it will have to be either an original ATTWS phone, or an
unlocked phone. If I can get such a phone on Ebay for example, that would
be ideal. I do not want to go through Cingular, they want me to change over
the "Orange".

Any unlocked GSM phone which operate on BOTH 850 & 1900mhz bands will
work.
