You can use the Nokia Utility to sync to an outlook express .wab file.
Motorola Phone tools can then sync to that same .wab file.
I just went the other way, Motorola to Nokia, using a .wab as the common
point.

The information in the SIM per entry is limited. You lose type of
contacts, and long entries are truncated. It's better to go phone to
phone, and skip the SIM, except for emergency contact entries in the SIM,
since it will survive water and damage better than the phone.
