This may sound like a dumb question, but my mom said there were no
dumb questions if you didn't know the answer, so here goes.

Is my 6800 the only one that is totally screwy? For starters, the
screensaver clock sometimes just goes to 00:00 for no apparent reason,
the alarm will only let you hit snooze once then it shuts the alarm
off completely, you either can't lock the keys or if you do get them
    locked you can't unlock them.

There are a lot more problems but I won't go into them at the moment.
I sent the original phone back to my SP and they sent me a
reconditioned phone that works worse that the first one.

I really like a lot of the features and I basically use it as my PDA,
but sometimes it just gets weird and turning it off and on all the
time to reset it is really getting old.

Is the new 3200 any better?

    Help if you can.

    Thanks!

PS Would unlocking it help? Is there a program out there that will
generate a working Master Code for the 6800? It is based on the IMEI,
    right?
