Amp'd Download Manager

Has anybody gotten this app to work? I have tried it on 3 computers with no luck. The interface just doesn't open. I worked with tech support and he got it to work on his computer (or so he says). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Any luck so far? I also cannot get Amp'd LIVE Download Manager to work. I get to a point in the installation that asks you to 'alter the name presented below (e.g. My Home Computer)'. When I do this the message returns "There was an error trying to register, please try again." No matter what I use for a name, same message. Same problem on 2 computers. Of course Amp'd tech support is useless. All they say is it should work and offer no solution. Has anybody out there gotten this program to install properly?
