There's an app that allows you to build an iPhone app, but without the knowledge of coding skills by you. MEDL Mobile's AppIncubator, is an app you can download (and yes, it's free) that helps you build and create that iPhone app. Just go to the iPhone AppStore and download.

thought i'd let folks here know of an online iPhone Course that teaches aspiring students via video, pdf and one-on-one lessons. Its not that expensive ($200) and there is a $50 rebate if you use the code AZV while registering.

Of course, its not free - but then you get the one-on-one teaching and priority support / help / training.

You also get to work and co-publish your first live industrial iphone project (game or application) on the official Apple Appstore, and you get to keep 80% of the revenues as part of a co-publishing deal with the company that runs the online iPhone classes. This means that you can essentially earn back the money and time that you put into this, many times over in a matter of a few months!

Interested people will need to register ASAP, as they are quickly approaching maximum capacity and will not be able to entertain an excessive number of students. Visit the link - http : //edumobile. org /iphone-course. html (remove all spaces) to sign up today!

I looked at the app incubator program, it's basically a way for you to give ideas to developers and not much else. Personally, I'm planning on developing some iPhone apps myself. It's a long road though, as I don't own a Mac, so I'm going to try to scrape up enough to buy a 1/2 way decent used Mac, and then pony up the $100 bucks Apple requires for the privilage of being an app developer. I have a few unique original ideas for some apps, and coding shouldn't be too much of an issue, but beyond that, it's getting approval from Apple, and finally releasing to the app store. As far as Apple is concerned, they don't seem to care much for quality, as some of the apps I've downloaded are pretty bad, but their focus seems mainly on keeping out anything to "edgy" (like the baby shaker app... how'd that one get through in the first place!).

Thanks brainox, I'll be needing beta testers too, so when I get to that point I'll contact you and you can help test out anything I come up with (and get free copies of the app(s) as well!).

I'm a tester right now for a friend of mine, I have a review of his app up on my site, it's called VIN Hunter.

Programming is an art that's acquired over time. Like skiing, you start on the small hills and work you're way up to the mountains. It's sort of a never ending learning experience.
