Any idea help me transfer my iphone contacts to PC?

Has anyone ever wondered why iTunes never made transferring iPhone contacts to PC possible?I want to transfer my all important contacts to computer because the box is full for a few days.So i am looking for the effective program to help me back up my stuffs. Having said that, any suggestions for a good iPhone manager/iPhone transfer software,which is better to be free without payment.
I'm desperate any help would be appreciated...

il n'y a pas de cette fonctionnalité Apple, malheureusement

Yes. Tansee is great. In fact, you can use iTunes to sync contacts to your gmail account.
