Hi Guys, im hoping you can help me answer some questions. My daughters gotten herself into a bad situation, without going into details i need to block some numbers from being able to contact her cell phone (text/call). Can i do this without the knowledge of the blocked party? Meaning will they be notified? And how could i go about this? I pay the bill its my account . If anyone can help thatd be great!! Thanks!
