Looking for someone to take over my contract with At&t

I am looking for someone to take over my at&t contract. It is up jan 06, 2013.
The plan: Nation 450 with Rollover, 5000 nights and weekends, unlimited texting and mobile to mobile calling, with enhanced voice mail.
There are 1000 rollover minutes as of today. 1/24/2012

I also can include my phone for free. It is an LG Vu in good condition, comes with charger.

The ETF for a nonsmartphone line is about $100 with one year gone. That may be less than three months of regular payments.

they are saying mine is $205

You must have had a smartphone when you sign your contract. The ETF of nonsmartphones decline from $150 at $4 per month under the contract. Smartphones decline from $325 at $10 per month. The LG Vu came out four years ago and is unlikely to be a choice for an upgrade a year ago.
