Hilfe Bosspy und 1Mole (Help CSV-bericht Call und SMS)

Hallo^
Ich brauche hilfe auf Bosspy und 1Mole.
Ich habe es installiert, auf dem Samsung GT-S5660, und ich bezahlte für die dienstleistungen in mehr.
Für ein paar tagen habe ich regelmäßig auf die website, die berichte, die im CSV-format.
Seit einigen tagen bekomme die CSV-bericht, während erhalte per e-mail (Gmail-Account) die Keylog.
Warum erhalte ich nicht mehr die CSV-bericht über Call und SMS ? Die einstellungen wurden nicht geändert.
Die kontrollen kann ich tun ?
Die website Bosspy einwandfrei funktioniert ?
Wer kann mir helfen, das problem zu lösen ?
