LG is finally entering the Android arena with the Android 2.2 powered LG Revolution for Verizon. LG really put some time into making it a sleek device that can handle video chat and the higher speeds that are expected on Verizons new 4G network. I sat down at CES with an LG rep who demoed the phone and some of the DLNA SmartShare features that allow for direct streaming to enabled devices. The Revolution is one of the many new phones for Verizon that will be released this year check out the others here.
The LG Revolution has some great features that you'd expect with today's smartphones, including a 1000MHz Qualcomm processor, HDMI port, 4g mobile hotspot, 5mp camera & front facing camera, and 720p video recording.
Here are some more shots of the phone:
The un-finalized homescreen
Apps
The back showing the camera and speaker
Under the back cover showing the sd card slot and 1500 mAh battery

Re: LG Revolution Hands-on
I agree. LG is trying to do position itself in mobile market thus engaging in cellular war.. I just dont know how they would compete with the latest technologies including the dual core powered units..

Re: LG Revolution Hands-on
Yes, but is its "greatmness worth so much money ?
Much as an automobile costing a consumer $250,000 rather than an "sffordable" $25,000.
What I want is a simple telephone that works as a telephone only and that costs $50 no more than $50, ends of costs.
NOT $50 per month but $0.00 per month, Am I expecting too much ?
