I was interested in purchasing a cell phone from Europe, not sure which yet. But I've seen some websites that will sell unlocked European phones compatible to US carriers.

My question is, aside from the purchase itself, how and what other documentation needs to go with importing it? I just saw this FCC Form 740 you need to fill out. Can anyone tell me how you fill this out or where you get the info for the item?
