I'm looking to buy an unlocked cell phone (no service provider) from Amazon for my mom's birthday (she's around 55). I've a maximum budget of $100-$150. I don't think she'll need a WiFi, keyboard, or other sophisticated stuff! She mostly cares about the phone being "chic", suitable for a lady, good easy-to-use interface, decent camera and possibly being touchscreen (not sure if it fits in the price). Any suggestions?

with 100-150$ if u want to have a touchscreen phone that is not impossible, i think u should choose a S40 nokia phone.
