Hi. I am looking for a phone to replace my Touch Pro2. I know it's a relatively new phone, but I would like to replace it as it is incredibly slow (a common issue, and yes, I have disabled touch flo3D). I would like a windows mobile phone, but HTC jumped away from WinMo to WP7 (which I find to be more featureless than iOS). I don’t mind android, but the phone must have a slide out landscape keyboard such as the desire z, touch pro2, touch pro, HTC Wizard, etc.
    thanks for any ideas

Check out these phones: Samsung Epic 4G, Motorola Droid 2, HTC Evo Shift 4G, and Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro although this one isn't available yet as I checked on timtechs and still shows as coming soon so perhaps in about a week or two. Good luck!

hi, extremely sorry for not replying sooner

thanks for the recommendations I'm more of an HTC person at heart :P
The available range is sparse I recently bought an HTC 7 Trophy, and cannot cope with the lack of hardware keyboard (I didn't go for the 7 Pro as it's got bad reviews and seems to be a repeat of the catastrophically bad Touch Pro2). I still have to take my Touch Pro2 around with me for when I need to type quickly and accurately on the go :/

Just wondering, how much do you think it would cost to commission HTC to make a phone? I know Google did it with devices like the Nexus, and I'm guessing it would cost a lot (a LOT a lot) but I do plan on being a successful entrepreneur (well, I can't just say I'll be successful, but I hope I will be :P) and would ultimately like to earn enough to be able to commission HTC to make a few phones that work well
