How-To: Change the Wallpaper on Your HTC One S.

1. Open the Notification panel from your Home screen.
2. Press the "Settings" icon depicted as a gear.
3. Select "Personalize".
4. Tap "Wallpapers".
5. Select "Gallery" in order to access your photos, then select and crop the image you wish to use as wallpaper. Alternatively you can select "HTC wallpapers" to preview and choose between a handful of preset wallpapers, or you can tap "Live Wallpapers" to preview and choose an animated wallpaper.

NOTE*: Some Live wallpapers can be customized by tapping "Settings".

6. Once you have selected the desired wallpaper tap "Save" or "Apply".

How-To: Personalize the HTC One S Home Screen With Widgets.

Adding a Widget:

1. Tap and hold an empty space on your Home screen.
2. The Widgets tab enables you to browse through the available widgets, search for a specific widget by tapping the "Search" icon or choose from a selection menu by pressing "All Widgets".
3. Once you've found the desired widget drag it on top of the home screen thumbnail on which you wish to add the widget.

Customizing a Widget:

1. If you wish to customize a widget already found on the Home screen, tap and hold the desired widget then drag it on top of the "Edit" button. A new screen will pop-up allowing you to customize the widget.

NOTE*: You can remove the widget by dragging it on top of the "Remove" button.

Resizing a Widget:

Some widgets can be resized once they've been added on your Home screen. To resize a widget:

1. Tap and hold the widget then release your finger. By doing so a set of directional arrows allowing you to resize the widget should now be available.

How-To: Apply a New Skin

Skins bring the customization level of your HTC One S to the next level. The skins are able to change the look of most buttons, option menus, application screens and more.

To Apply a New Skin:

1. Open the Notification panel on your Home screen.
2. Tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Select "Personalize".
4. Browse through the available skins by swiping the screen from right to left.
5. Once you have selected the desired screen tap "Apply".
