Restart the HTC One SV

If your smartphone is running slower than usual, it’s unresponsive or an app is not working properly, you should try to restart the HTC One SV to see if that will fix the problem.

1. If the display of your smartphone is off, turn it on by pressing the POWER button.
2. Unlock the display and then press and hold the POWER button and select Restart.
3. If asked to confirm, tap Restart.
4. In case you can’t reset your smartphone using these steps, remove and reinstall the battery and turn the device on to restart it.
