HTC 6800 How do you put Music on your windows media player

I read the book but didn't see anywhere and it won't sync with my Lap-Top(think the phone has to be activated first)Thursday I'm doing that.

But I have some mini sd cards can I just use those are should I wait to get the sync thing working.

Just looking for some help

OK first things first. make sure you have activesync installed in your laptop.

then make sure its open on your pc and ppc before linking them together.

and about adding things onto the microsd card... unless you use activesync to transfer stuff on you will screw up the chip and have to format it. (happened 3 times so far with me)
It would show the chip but whenyou went into it it didnt show anything but when i were to go to memory it showed the memory as used. resulting in having to format the chip.
