Managing Contacts

Add a New Contact:

  1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
  2. Open the "Contacts" app
  3. Tap the "Add" button and enter the contact's name in the appropriate field
  4. Under "Contact Type" tap the button and select "Phone"
  5. Enter the contact's phone number in the "Phone" field
  6. Add any other contact details you want and tap "Save" when ready

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen and launch the "Contacts" app
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Manage contacts"
  3. Tap "Import / Export contacts"
  4. Select to "Export to SD Card", "Import from SD Card", "Export to SIM card" or "Import from SIM card"
  5. Choose the contacts you want to transfer. Optionally you can tap "Menu" > "Select all"
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Assigning a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Launch the "Phone" application
  2. Press "Menu" and tap "Speed dial"
  3. Tap the "Add" icon and select the contact you want to assign to speed dial
  4. Tap the button located under "Number" and select the desired phone number
  5. Tap the button under "Location" and select the speed dial number you wish to associate with the phone number
  6. When ready, tap "Save"

Deleting Contacts:

  1. From the home screen tap "Apps"
  2. Open "Contacts" and press "Menu"
  3. Select "Delete contacts" and mark the contacts you wish to remove
  4. Tap "Delete"

Managing Caller Groups

Create a Caller Group:

  1. From the home screen tap "Phone"
  2. Swipe left and go to the "Groups" panel
  3. Tap "Add"
  4. Type the desired name for the group and tap "Save"

Adding Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open the "Phone" application
  2. Tap "Phone" and access the "Groups" tab
  3. Select the group you wish to edit and tap "Add"
  4. Swipe to and mark the check boxes next to the contacts you want to add to the group. Tip: the "search" field can help you find contacts quicker
  5. Tap "Save" when you're ready to apply the changes to the group
