Forward All Calls (Unconditional):
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select Always forward
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to
- Tap Update or Enable
Cancel Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Access Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Tap Always forward
- Tap Disable
Block Calls from a Phone Number:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Launch Contacts
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts
- Tap Add and perform one of the following:
- To block a number: enter the phone number and tap OK
- To block an existing contact: Select the contact you want to block and tap Save. To copy the contact information to another account before blocking it, tap OK
Unblock a Number:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch Contacts
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts
- Press Menu > remove block contacts
- Select the desired contact to unblock and tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap and hold the message thread containing the phone number you want to block messages from
- Tap Block contact in the Message options menu
- To unblock messages, tap Menu in the Messages app
- Tap Block list and select the contact to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts

There is no apps on home screen just google play n settings
