Block Calls:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch People and tap Menu
- Tap Manage contacts > Blocked contacts
- Tap Add
- To block a phone number, enter it and tap OK
- To block an existing contact, check the box associated with the contact and tap Save (NOTE: To copy the contact information to a different account before you block the contact, tap OK)
Unblock Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Tap Blocked contacts
- Press Menu and tap Remove block contacts
- Select the contacts / numbers you wish to unblock and tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation thread between you and the phone number / contact you wish to block
- Tap Message options > Block contact
Unblock Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Select the contact you wish to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts
Forward Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Access Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Tap Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional):
- Access the phones Settings menu
- Tap Call > Call forward
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Enter the phone number to forward calls to
- Tap Update
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer and access Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you wish to turn off
- Tap Disable
