Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open the apps drawer
- Go to Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select Always forward and enter the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
- Tap Enable
Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Open Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select to Forward when busy, Forward when unanswered or Forward when unreachable
- Tap Update to confirm
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Launch Settings
- Tap Call > Call forwarding
- Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap Disable
Block Calls:
- Tap Apps on the home screen
- Launch people and tap Menu
- Access Manage contacts and tap Blocked contacts
- Tap Add and follow one of the steps below:
- To block an existing contact: tick the boxes associated with the contact and tap Save. Optionally you can tap OK to save the contact information to a different account before blocking
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap OK
Unblock Calls:
- Launch People
- Tap Menu > Manage contacts
- Go to Blocked contacts and tap Menu
- Tap Remove blocked contacts and select the desired contact
- Tap Delete
Block Messages:
- Launch Messages
- Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap Block contact in the Message options pop-up
Unblock Messages:
- Open Messages
- Tap Menu > Block list
- Select the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap Menu > Unblock contacts
