Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Go to “Contacts”
  3. Access “All Contacts”
  4. Tap “+” and select an account to sync the contact with
  5. Enter the contact’s phone number, name, and other details in the appropriate fields
  6. Tap “Done” to confirm

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
  3. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage”
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial via Direct Dial Widgets:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. At the prompt, select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: Following the steps above, you can add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. You can also organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping one widget on top of another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to delete
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call history”
  4. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call log”

Create a Caller Group via Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to use for creating a new group
  4. Tap “Edit”
  5. Scroll to and tap “More Fields”
  6. Tap “Group name” > “Create new group”
  7. Enter the desired name for the group and tap “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Field” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired group to add the contact to
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
