    Re: picture mail error #I22

    Hello.
In reference to my post about error #122 , sprint tec support
had me do a RTN which is putting in the codes and starting all
over as though the phone was brand new.
Tec support told me they have issues like mine before with the lx350.
    GOD BLESS

    Re: picture mail error #I22

I have the same phone with the same I-22 error message. The phone is junk now, but I really wanted to get my old pictures out of it, and I have figured out a way to do so.

I get the error message when entering the album, which made it impossible to look at my pictures or email them. The trick is instead of going into the Album, do this:

    1. Use the camcorder feature to record a short video.
    2. After you stop recording you will see a message that says "Saving to In Phone Folder" and then you will see an image of the video and you can press the right soft-button to go into "options"
    3. In the options you want option number 7 which is "Review/Send Media" (NOT item 2 which is "Send") This will take you into the Albums section that you previously couldn't get into!
    4. Select several pictures and email them to yourself. It will let you select up to 24 images and 2 movies I believe, but mine seems to shut down if I select that many images at a time, so just do a few at a time and be patient.

Uploading the images takes a LONG time. Up to a minute per picture it seems. Just keep watching the yellow upload arrow in the top (next to the battery icon)

I know this phone is so ancient that it is trash, but hopefully this will help you get your pictures out before you chuck it in the bin.

IMPORTANT: You will have to go through the above steps more than once so make sure that you DELETE the videos you are making periodically! If you let the phone's internal memory get full then you will not be able to use the camcorder any more and then I have no idea how you get the rest of the images out!

    Good luck!

P.S. Note this does not fix the phone, it simply allows you to email the pictures to yourself.
