LG 620G service menus.

I have an LG 620G from Straight Talk, and I have been looking all over the internet for info on how to access the service or programming menus. I have tried all the general LG codes (i.e 3845#*#), but none of them work. There are features on my phone which are locked off, and I would like to access them. For instance, my phone supposedly has customizable shortcuts, but the phone won't let me reassign them from the default to what I want...

Anyway, any help will be appreciated.
