Hello, recently I broke my screen and I bought new parts and successfully repaired the screen and the LED screen, recently though a crack appeared in the bottom left corner, it still worked until now. Every part of the screen is useable EXCEPT where I type in my passcode to gain entry to the phone. Im not sure if this is a touchscreen error or is it because of the crack? I can even slide above and below where the box is to bring up the keyboard, but not the keyboard itself.

    Thanks for the help

Is because of the incompatibility of the touchscreen, use a external micro-usb keyboard to enter the passcode and when the OS is starting remove the phone passcode.

I think you'd better replace the part. It'll annoys you a lot. I have a LG G2 LS980, almost the same situation like you.
